Fund & Portfolio Oversight Intern

About the role

ING Solutions Investment Management (ISIM), a licensed Super ManCo and part of ING Global Investment Centre, is looking for a Fund & Portfolio Oversight Intern to join its team starting 1 January 2027 for a 6-month period. The internship sits at the intersection of investment management, fund governance, regulatory oversight and sustainable finance. Only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and challenge KPIs and KRIs related to portfolio management activities
• Help prepare management information, reports and analysis for Senior Management, Committees and the Board on fund performance, investment activities and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to due diligence reviews and periodic assessments of appointed Investment Managers
• Support the continuous improvement of data quality and reporting
• Take part in projects linked to the ManCo where the Fund & Portfolio Oversight team's support is needed
• Contribute to ongoing ESG monitoring and reporting for the funds under management
• Support the implementation and maintenance of SFDR-related requirements and sustainability disclosures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) with a finance specialisation
• Experience in the finance field is required
• Knowledge of financial markets is an asset
• Professional fluency in English is required; knowledge of another European language is an asset
