Fund Controller - Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Fund Controller to join our growing Luxembourg office. You will work closely with service providers, auditors, and senior directors to ensure accurate fund accounting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review annual and quarterly accounts prepared by external service providers.
• Liaise with service providers and auditors to resolve accounting issues.
• Assist directors on tax and legal matters related to fund operations.
• Supervise fund processes, including set‑up, fund flows, and cash reconciliation.
• Support the creation of new fund structures and participate in transaction and restructuring projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience with alternative investment funds (audit, fiduciary, or in‑house).
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP, especially in fund administration.
• Fluent English and a finance‑related degree; accounting qualifications are a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small‑office environment.
