Fund Accounting Manager – Real Estate Private Equity (Luxembourg)

About the role

This newly created position sits within the Luxembourg finance platform of a globally recognised real estate investment management firm. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Fund Accounting Manager will own the flagship pan‑European fund platform, covering reporting, capital activity, liquidity, investor relations and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver fund reporting for a pan‑European private equity real estate fund.
• Manage capital calls, distributions and waterfall calculations.
• Oversee liquidity management and cash flow forecasting.
• Handle investor matters and communication.
• Conduct performance analysis and support transaction processes.
• Collaborate closely with senior finance, investment and asset‑management stakeholders.

Required profile

• Big 4 trained or ACCA qualified.
• Experience in real estate fund accounting or as a controller.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, capital calls, distributions and waterfalls.
• Comfortable working in a lean, high‑ownership environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
