Functional Training Coordinator

About the role

As the Functional Training Coordinator within Satispay’s Product Compliance team, you will own the strategy, coordination and continuous improvement of function‑specific training. You will ensure that teams across the company have the fintech knowledge and practical skills needed to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Assess fintech learning needs, translate product and regulatory changes into capability gaps and a clear training strategy.
• Design, build and maintain role‑based learning paths and curricula for domains such as payments, lending, KYC/AML, licensing and consumer protection.
• Mobilise internal subject‑matter experts and external providers, managing schedules, logistics, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Keep training materials up‑to‑date as products, regulations and policies evolve, working with Corporate Learning & Development.
• Track participation, learning outcomes and program effectiveness against KPIs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement and onboarding support.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in learning & development, enablement or program/project management, preferably in fintech, banking or financial services.
• Working understanding of financial regulations and the fintech landscape to translate changes into role‑specific learning needs.
• Proactive, program‑driven mindset with the ability to run multiple training initiatives independently.
• Strong ownership and collaboration skills across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Finance, Compliance and FinCrime teams.

Required skills

• Comfort with learning platforms (LMS) and practical approaches to measuring learning effectiveness.
