Educateur diplômé / en formation (M/W/NB)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified educator or trainee to join the Maison Relais Capellen team on a full‑time permanent basis (25 hours per week). You will work with children aged Cycle 1‑4 in a dynamic, inclusive environment that values collaboration between staff, families and schools.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany children from Cycle 1 to Cycle 4 throughout the day.
• Participate in educational projects tailored to the needs of each child.
• Support each child’s individual development and learning goals.
• Maintain regular, professional communication and exchange with parents.

Required profile

• Possess a recognised Luxembourgish diploma in education or be enrolled in an educator training programme.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
• Ability to speak Luxembourgish, French, German and English (additional languages are a plus).

Required skills

• Strong communication skills in multiple languages.
