Functional Business Analyst (Oracle Cloud HCM)

About the role

Quento Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Functional Business Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM. You will work on complex functional issues, support configuration changes, and ensure that the HCM solution meets business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Address complex Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and integration issues, proposing solutions or workarounds.
• Analyze business requirements and produce clear, traceable functional documentation.
• Perform Fit‑Gap analysis and recommend suitable Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Implement and support configuration changes aligned with approved requirements.
• Manage defect lifecycle, collaborating with Oracle Support or internal IT teams.
• Support testing cycles, user adoption activities, and solution validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years as a functional consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR (assignments, workforce structures, position synchronization, self‑service journeys, workflows, compensation, salary, grade ladders, etc.).
• Oracle HCM Security (areas of responsibility, data roles, auditing).
• Data analysis, data migration, mass uploads using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Integration experience between Oracle Cloud HCM and external systems.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM (optional but advantageous).
