Full Stack Developer (M365) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer specialized in Microsoft 365 to design and deliver a modern intranet solution. The project involves building the platform, creating migration tooling, and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Translate architectural decisions into technical designs and implement intranet components using Microsoft 365 out‑of‑the‑box features and custom development (SPFx, Power Platform, APIs).
• Design, deploy, and configure Azure services required for integration with external systems.
• Implement and validate components across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
• Perform technical quality assurance, ensuring compliance with security, performance, accessibility, and maintainability standards.
• Develop and enhance custom migration tooling and support migration execution and validation.
• Provide structured reporting on delivery progress, risks, and readiness.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer for ongoing operations and future evolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of software development and architecture experience.
• Proven experience with complex web portals on Microsoft technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Proactive, adaptable and team‑oriented mindset.
