About the role
We are seeking a highly autonomous Freelance Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a high‑level network and association serving the family office and wealth‑management ecosystem. The role is fully remote and involves working closely with senior stakeholders, managing member relations, and ensuring smooth execution of premium events and working groups.
Key responsibilities
- Manage member administration, including onboarding, welcome packs, and relationship follow‑up.
- Coordinate and dispatch invitations for events, knowledge sessions, and working groups.
- Handle invoicing, payment follow‑ups, and basic financial administration.
- Organise logistics for key annual gatherings (summer and winter) and liaise with external vendors.
- Support the planning and execution of monthly or ad‑hoc meetings and collaborative working groups.
- Assist technical committees and ensure proper coordination among stakeholders.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong organisational abilities with capacity to juggle multiple topics.
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
Required skills
- Basic IT knowledge and website‑management familiarity.
