Financial Services Consultant (M/F)

About the role

As a Consultant in Financial Services at ANTEA Advisory, you will help leading banks, asset managers, insurers and other financial institutions in Luxembourg navigate regulatory change, transform their operating models and deliver high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to transformation programmes across banking, asset management and insurance.
• Conduct business and regulatory analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the design and implementation of target operating models.
• Coordinate projects involving Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance and IT teams.
• Produce high‑quality analyses, presentations and executive deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and support decision‑making processes.
• Drive operational excellence and process optimisation initiatives.
• Contribute to ANTEA’s knowledge sharing, thought leadership and new service offerings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or financial services.
• Exposure to banking, asset management, insurance or investment funds.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a strong asset.
