Financial Controller – Remote, up to €85k/year

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join a dynamic commercial company in Luxembourg. The role offers autonomy, the chance to influence financial decisions and flexible working arrangements including remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and analyse financial performance, ensuring accurate cost control and reporting.
• Prepare and manage budgeting processes with detailed cost analysis to support business strategy.
• Identify improvement areas and implement financial optimisation measures.
• Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a controlling role within Luxembourg.
• Fluent in English and German; Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, independence and a proactive mindset.
• Team‑player who contributes to a positive working atmosphere.
