Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead financial reporting and accounting operations in a dynamic environment. The role involves ensuring compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS, supporting audits, and driving ERP implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes and statutory filings.
• Support external audits, liaise with auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in or lead ERP implementation initiatives, including system enhancements and process optimisation.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights for business decisions.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, operations and other internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in accounting or controlling.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CPA is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
• Proven experience with ERP systems; implementation experience highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
