Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Field Service Technician you will join the Technical Service team to support the maintenance, modernization, and commissioning of iron and steelmaking plants as well as environmental technology facilities. The position combines on‑site interventions abroad with work at our Luxembourg test facility.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and implement modernization projects.
• Supervise erection activities and assist with commissioning procedures.
• Document site work progress and provide after‑sales services.
• Travel abroad for 3‑5 day site interventions and spend the remaining time in Luxembourg.

Required profile

• Technical background in mechanics or mechatronics.
• 3‑5 years of experience in an industrial environment (considered an asset).
• Strong command of English.
• Open personality with good communication skills.
