Expressive Voice & Video AI Trainer – German

About the role

Outlier is seeking native German speakers to help train artificial‑intelligence systems by providing expressive voice and video recordings. You will work remotely, creating short audio‑visual clips that capture a wide range of emotions, tones, and speaking styles.

Key responsibilities

• Record short video and/or audio clips in German following provided scripts.
• Deliver lines with varied emotions, tones, and speaking styles as instructed.
• Review existing audio/video material and transcribe key details.
• Contribute to improving AI understanding of human speech, intonation, and facial expression.

Required profile

• Native fluency in German.
• Strong vocal clarity, expressive range, and confidence on camera.
• Quiet, distraction‑free recording environment with a 1080p (or better) camera.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Not residing in any of the restricted countries listed in the posting.
