Expert Business Analyst – SharePoint

About the role

We are seeking an Expert Business Analyst with deep SharePoint expertise to support an application enhancement project for a prestigious European institution. The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, business units, and IT teams to drive process automation and improve governance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse user feedback to inform system improvements.
• Draft and refine business requirements and functional specifications.
• Review and validate the business model for future automation phases with relevant stakeholders.
• Detail functional requirements, including business rules for process automation.
• Define integration requirements for the Serapis platform and create user stories.
• Support project implementation planning, prioritisation, and coordination with IT and UX design experts.
• Assist communication, rollout activities, and user adoption initiatives.
• Contribute to application governance development and draft user manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in computer engineering or computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft SharePoint.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• EU citizenship (only candidates from EU Member States are eligible).
