About the role
Eastspring is seeking an Executive or Senior Executive to provide proactive sales support for its European distribution team and clients. The role bridges the Luxembourg office with the Singapore client service team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, client servicing, and compliance across European markets.
Key responsibilities
- Support the European sales team in market development, demonstrating entrepreneurship and creativity.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including investment, marketing, compliance, and operations—to deliver timely responses to client requests.
- Prepare and disseminate high‑quality pitch books, presentations, commentaries, and other sales materials while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Handle client queries, escalating complex issues to sales managers or product specialists as needed.
- Assist in the Request for Proposal (RfP) process in collaboration with the Singapore RfP team.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for client events, webinars, and roadshows, including invitations, registrations, and material preparation.
- Support investor‑relations activities such as investment reviews, commentaries, and corporate‑action communications.
- Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes, and activity logs in CRM systems.
- Track sales campaigns and follow up on client and internal action items.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in asset management or a related financial services field.
- Proactive, result‑oriented, and client‑focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work outside standard Luxembourg hours to align with Singapore headquarters.
