EU AML/KYC Analyst (m/f/x)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) Analyst to join our EU AML Unit. The role supports cross‑border compliance, client onboarding and data‑privacy matters across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate clients and transactions against EU money‑laundering legislation to ensure full compliance.
• Analyse documentation and data, identify potential risks and request missing information.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain comprehensive review records for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to stay current on legal developments and act as the go‑to expert for AML/KYC queries.

Required profile

• University degree in law, compliance or a business field with an AML/compliance certificate, obtained in an EU jurisdiction.
• In‑depth knowledge of the EU Money Laundering Regulation.
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent written and spoken English plus fluency in at least one other European language.
• Professional experience in AML or compliance is preferred.
