Engineering Manager - Partners

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager – Partners to lead a high‑impact engineering organization in Luxembourg. In this role you will oversee teams that build and scale a platform ecosystem used by external developers and technology partners, combining people leadership, technical oversight and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for partner‑facing products, integration frameworks, developer tools and ecosystem services.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery while ensuring quality, reliability, scalability and timely execution.
• Coach, mentor and develop engineers through performance management and career growth planning.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing architecture decisions, evaluating trade‑offs and promoting sound engineering practices.
• Champion developer experience by maintaining stable APIs, clear documentation and reliable integrations.
• Partner with Product teams to shape roadmaps, manage priorities, identify risks and set realistic delivery commitments.
• Promote operational excellence through monitoring, incident management, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Build and scale high‑performing teams through hiring, onboarding and talent development.
• Foster collaboration across engineering functions while aligning technical vision with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software engineering teams with responsibility for delivery, performance and team development.
• Strong technical background with ability to evaluate architecture, system design, scalability and maintainability decisions.
• Experience building and operating developer platforms, APIs, integration frameworks or ecosystem‑based products.
• Ability to lead in autonomous environments, navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
• Understanding of software development best practices and operational excellence.
