Engagement Manager

About the role

As an Engagement Manager at Sogeti, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals and challenges.
• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, developing detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate with international, cross‑functional teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Motivate and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or management consulting, preferably with international exposure.
• Proven track record of delivering IT solutions and growing revenue within major accounts.
• Experience interacting with CXO‑level executives and managing large‑scale client relationships.
• Fluency in both French and English.
