Electrician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join Kronospan’s fast‑growing international production network. The role focuses on optimizing electrical maintenance across our wood‑based panel manufacturing sites, ensuring reliable operation of machinery and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with the team leader and mechanical maintenance crew, passing on instructions and reporting issues.
• Perform electrical maintenance according to production directives and improvement plans, including shutdowns.
• Carry out punctual tasks such as site lighting control, visual inspection and cleaning of electrical rooms, and weekly cleaning of designated areas.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulations are followed and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist mechanical teams with maintenance and repair activities.
• Provide technical assistance to operators on machine handling.
• Execute various maintenance activities specific to production requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Production‑oriented, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in French, German and/or English.
• Two‑year degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams.
