Dispatcher / Planner – Logistics Operations

About the role

Wallenborn Transports is seeking a Dispatcher/Planner to join its headquarters in Luxembourg. You will coordinate truck departures and arrivals, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and safely within a fast‑moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage departures and arrivals according to customer requests and orders.
• Organise truck provisions based on customer orders.
• Ensure smooth and successful daily operations.
• Follow commercial decisions and instructions.
• Monitor driver compliance with safety instructions.

Required profile

• Graduate in Transport or Logistics.
• Fluent in French, German and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong organisational abilities and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
