Digital Transformation Consultant – Business Analyst / PM

About the role

Taleo Consulting is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant who will act as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. Based in Luxembourg, you will work with cross‑functional teams to shape digital solutions for banking and financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and challenge business requirements through structured workshops with stakeholders from business, IT, UX, and data teams.
• Formalise requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and business rules for Agile delivery.
• Serve as the central link between business lines, IT, UX designers, and data teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the design of digital solutions and client journeys, focusing on simplification and user experience.
• Identify and propose concrete opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalisation.
• Ensure deliverables are documented with rigor and clarity, maintaining quality standards during scoping and analysis phases.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of overall experience, with at least 6 years in a consulting environment (BAC+4/5).
• Proven experience in functional analysis and digital transformation within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of digital concepts and user‑centred design methodologies such as UX, customer journey mapping, and design thinking.
• Comfortable formalising functional needs, business rules, and client journeys in an Agile setting.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to engage, listen, and synthesise across diverse teams.
