Digital Sales Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Support Agent to assist our Digital Sales team with back‑office and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation of our digital sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate and process new customer and user account creation requests.
• Maintain accurate master data for customer accounts, user accounts and business rules.
• Monitor digital channel usage metrics, analyse performance and report findings.
• Document and escalate customer issues to IT or relevant departments.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external inquiries related to digital channels, providing Level 1 support.
• Provide product, service and policy information and resolve complaints.
• Collect and structure feedback, propose platform improvements and support UAT of new features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer support, sales operations or digital channels.
• Experience with CRM systems or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
