Digital Product Owner

About the role

As a Digital Product Owner at Proximus Luxembourg you will shape and evolve digital products and customer journeys across web, mobile and self‑service channels. Working closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers and product teams you will translate business needs into clear product requirements and ensure seamless delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve digital products and services, translating business and customer needs into product requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate implementation of digital solutions with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Design and optimise customer journeys across digital channels, collaborating with Telecom & TV product managers to improve onboarding and lifecycle experiences.
• Identify opportunities to enhance self‑service capabilities and overall customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate workshops, model business processes and monitor digital performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital product ownership or product management.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate requirements clearly.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on improving customer experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
