Digital Product Owner – Customer Experience

About the role

As a Digital Product Owner you will shape and evolve our digital products and customer journeys, ensuring seamless experiences across websites, mobile apps and self‑service tools. You will work closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers and product teams to translate business needs into actionable digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve digital products and services based on business and customer needs.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, aligning it with business objectives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate implementation of digital solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the design and optimisation of customer journeys across digital channels.
• Analyse performance indicators, customer feedback and usage data to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain product documentation, user guides, FAQs and provide Level 2 functional support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar digital role.
• Experience with customer‑facing digital products in a B2C environment (e.g., telecom, e‑commerce, banking).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative design approaches.

Required skills

• Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban.
• Collaborative techniques: Design Thinking, Story Mapping.
• Digital tools: CRM systems, APIs, websites, mobile applications.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
• UX/UI concepts and improvement processes.
