DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Cloud (Kubernetes, Azure)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our global technology group. You will own a large Jenkins‑based CI/CD platform on Kubernetes and provide advanced support for core banking systems while collaborating with development, operations, security and DevOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain 50 Jenkins instances running on Kubernetes.
• Provide Level 2 & 3 support for core banking applications.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Ansible and Azure services.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and management tools.
• Monitor system availability, performance bottlenecks and implement fixes with developers.
• Maintain security policies, backups and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support as needed.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Fluent French and strong English (C1 level).
• Strong interest in Infrastructure as Code, security and cloud technologies.
• Proficient with Linux, Python and shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud, containers and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and good teamwork communication.
