Data & Automation Analyst – Risk & Compliance

About the role

The Data & Automation Analyst will design and maintain technology‑driven solutions that streamline manual processes and ensure high‑quality data across risk and compliance functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable applications, scripts and automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and sustain applications, scripts and automated workflows that improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and support internal business applications, reporting tools and low‑code/no‑code solutions.
• Integrate systems via APIs and automated data flows.
• Maintain technical documentation, perform testing, troubleshooting and continuous enhancements.
• Monitor data quality, create validation checks, controls and alerts, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Contribute to data‑governance practices and maintain analytical datasets.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to develop software, scripts or automation solutions through work, projects or studies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English.
