About the role
We are seeking a warm, articulate and positive individual to join our high‑volume call centre. In this role you will provide a personable, knowledgeable and caring experience to customers who contact us, helping to reinforce our commitment to passion and customer focus.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, respond to and resolve customer telephone inquiries in a high‑volume environment.
- Maintain departmental quality and productivity standards.
- Cross‑reference a variety of products and services to offer customers appropriate options.
- Conduct outbound calls to survey customer satisfaction with current products.
- Handle customer e‑mail and other correspondence as needed.
- Perform additional work‑related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant computer applications.
- Ability to type efficiently.
- Strong numeric, oral and written communication skills.
