Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a warm, articulate and positive individual to join our high‑volume call centre. In this role you will provide a personable, knowledgeable and caring experience to customers who contact us, helping to reinforce our commitment to passion and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, respond to and resolve customer telephone inquiries in a high‑volume environment.
• Maintain departmental quality and productivity standards.
• Cross‑reference a variety of products and services to offer customers appropriate options.
• Conduct outbound calls to survey customer satisfaction with current products.
• Handle customer e‑mail and other correspondence as needed.
• Perform additional work‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Familiarity with relevant computer applications.
• Ability to type efficiently.
• Strong numeric, oral and written communication skills.
