Customer CRM Advisory Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Customer CRM Advisory Consultant to join our Sales & Services team. In this role you will help clients redesign their customer relationship management strategies, optimise CRM platforms and drive data‑led customer lifecycle initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support C‑level stakeholders in defining CRM strategy, platform optimisation and lifecycle management.
• Design end‑to‑end customer experience and CRM journeys that unlock growth and value.
• Provide analytics, segmentation and behavioural insights to shape differentiated value propositions.
• Advise on CRM platform selection, implementation and integration, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Lead workstreams within transformation programmes, modernising customer data platforms and improving CRM adoption.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and analysts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of consulting or project‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, go‑to‑market and growth initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketplaces, e‑commerce and customer analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI, chat solutions and customer portals.
