Corporate Legal Officer – Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Officer to join an investment group’s Luxembourg office. The role involves managing private equity and real‑estate portfolios throughout their lifecycle and ensuring robust corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private‑equity and real‑estate transactions from inception to exit.
• Coordinate corporate governance matters, including board processes and RCS filings.
• Liaise with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Support restructuring and financing processes.
• Maintain accurate legal databases and oversee document archiving.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment in Luxembourg (mandatory).
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate governance, RCS, and board procedures.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
