Controller – Fund Accounting & Reporting

About the role

Invesco is seeking a highly skilled Controller to lead financial reporting and support the operational aspects of fund management. The role focuses on real‑estate and private‑credit investment accounting, ensuring accurate NAV calculations, capital calls, and investor reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with third‑party fund administrators and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting packages.
• Oversee fund‑level financial statements, including NAV, management fees, waterfalls, and valuations.
• Maintain compliance with fund governing documents and regulatory standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Provide input on fund structures, valuation methodologies, and assist with investor RFP/DDQs.
• Support credit facility management, covenant tracking, and debt sizing for fund operations.
• Lead financial and tax due‑diligence, structuring efforts, and performance return analysis.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in fund accounting, preferably within real‑estate or private‑credit investments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and fund regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to liaise with internal teams and external administrators.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
