Contract Management Specialist

About the role

Believe, a global artist development company, is looking for a Contract Management Specialist to support its Label & Artist Solutions and Artist Services units. You will ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while collaborating closely with sales and local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate, and sign contracts for the Label & Artist Solutions and Artist Services business units.
• Verify contract operability and ensure Believe can fulfill commitments.
• Check producer data and legal entities in contracts according to KYC procedures.
• Analyze contractual deviations from standard clauses and draft amendments based on negotiations.
• Enter contracts into back‑office systems, both manually and via automation.
• Control contractual data within contract‑management tools.
• Own a customer portfolio/region, monitor KPIs and SLA improvements.
• Coach and support local teams on Believe processes and anticipate changes.
• Act as a business partner for Sales to streamline contractual workflows and improve time‑to‑sign and cost‑to‑sign.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, contract management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract terms & conditions and contract law.
• Experience drafting specific clauses and handling contractual negotiations.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship‑management skills with internal stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills and a process‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
