About the role

We are looking for a Consultant Windows Systems Administrator to join a financial client’s Microsoft infrastructure team in Luxembourg on a short‑term mission. The role supports both Windows and Unix/Linux environments, helping to reduce a significant infrastructure backlog while participating in upgrades and modernization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Windows infrastructure, including Intune and VDI solutions.
• Resolve incidents, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure platform stability, security, and performance.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and operations teams to document procedures and technical environments.
• Contribute to backlog reduction and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in large‑scale production environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows infrastructure and familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in regulated or mission‑critical environments is a plus.
