Consultant – Business Transformation & Operational Excellence

About the role

Resultance is looking for a proactive Consultant to join its Business Transformation & Operational Excellence team. You will work on client projects that aim to improve productivity, reduce costs, and leverage technology to achieve long‑term business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current and future business situations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in the optimisation of key processes and propose simplified solutions.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support the implementation of solutions on the client side and ensure sustainable results.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance).
• Fluent in English and French; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Curious, analytical, solution‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Team‑player who values collective success over individual recognition.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
