Consultant - Business Transformation & Operational Excellence

About the role

Resultance is looking for a Consultant in Business Transformation & Operational Excellence to join its consulting team. You will work on transformation projects, analysing current processes, proposing improvements and supporting implementation to achieve sustainable results.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the current state and define the target state of client processes.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and propose simplified, technology‑enabled solutions.
• Prepare compelling presentations and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of solutions on‑site and ensure results are sustainable.
• Track performance, drive continuous improvement and act as a trusted project resource.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, etc.).
• Fluent in English and French; additional German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Curious, analytical and solution‑oriented with a passion for learning.
• Team‑player who values collective success over individual recognition.

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
