Concierge (m/f/x) – Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling special requests, providing local information, and ensuring a seamless stay at our Luxembourg property. This full‑time position requires a friendly, professional attitude and the ability to coordinate with multiple hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry cleaning and other special arrangements.
• Gather and share information about property amenities, local events and activities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and concerns, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety and guest well‑being.
• Maintain shift logs, document pertinent information and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests sincerely.
• Uphold company policies, uniform standards, confidentiality and asset protection.
• Support team goals, maintain positive relationships and comply with quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Good command of French and English; Luxembourgish or German is an asset.
• Legal authorization to work in Luxembourg.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• No prior experience or supervisory experience required.
