Cocos2d Game Developer - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Cocos2d‑x Game Developer to help design and evaluate real‑world game development tasks that will be used to train AI systems. This is a fully remote contractor position, about 20 hours per week, focused on creating practical scenarios covering game logic, animations, UI and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic Cocos2d‑x tasks such as sprite management, animations, physics, UI and game logic.
• Write clear, structured prompts based on actual development situations.
• Build evaluation rubrics to assess solution quality.
• Execute and review tasks within a virtual environment.
• Provide feedback to improve task consistency and quality.

Required profile

• 2 + years of hands‑on experience with Cocos2d‑x and C++ on real 2D or mobile games.
• Strong understanding of scene graph, action system and asset management.
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear, structured tasks.
• Excellent written communication skills.
