Cluster Director of Sales

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Cluster Director of Sales to lead commercial activities for Sofitel Luxembourg’s two flagship properties. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will be responsible for generating revenue across rooms, food & beverage, and events by building strong client relationships and leveraging market expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an aggressive sales strategy focused on revenue growth for rooms, F&B and events.
• Lead a team of five sales professionals, set ambitious targets and ensure consistent delivery.
• Develop and maintain a high‑value portfolio of corporate accounts, MICE clients and event agencies.
• Prospect new business, negotiate major contracts and secure strategic partnerships.
• Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows and sales missions to enhance market visibility.
• Drive online revenue through OTAs, brand.com and the Accor ecosystem, optimizing distribution performance.
• Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance data and adjust tactics to meet revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in luxury hospitality or comparable high‑end market.
• Strong background in corporate accounts, MICE, and event agency sales.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture high‑value client relationships.
• Hands‑on commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent market knowledge of Luxembourg’s business and tourism landscape.
