Client Service Manager

About the role

The Client Service Manager supports the Relationship Team by overseeing client onboarding and ongoing service for institutional, wholesale and platform clients. This role acts as a central liaison between clients and internal business partners to ensure smooth transitions and consistent, compliant service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Relationship Management during new account onboarding, acting as primary point of contact for institutional, wholesale and platform clients.
• Facilitate review and negotiation of contracts, investment guidelines, operational and regulatory documentation, and funding activities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Investment, Operations and Relationship teams to resolve guideline issues and ensure smooth operational transitions.
• Identify and document unique client reporting or operational requirements, communicating them clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain onboarding cases in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, present new relationships in meetings and track feedback.
• Assist Relationship Managers in servicing existing clients and resolving operational issues such as cash flow notifications, portfolio rebalancing, in‑kind transitions, reporting, compliance, and due‑diligence matters.

Required profile

• Strong judgment and discretion when handling client service functions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple internal teams.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to document processes and escalations.
• Experience working with institutional or wholesale client segments is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
