Client Relationship Director – German Speaker

About the role

You will be responsible for attracting, retaining and growing a portfolio of strategic Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 clients for a global investor services group. The role combines client strategy execution, revenue generation and senior‑level escalation for top‑tier accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Attract, retain and expand relationships with strategic Tier‑1 & 2 clients.
• Lead client account planning, up‑selling and commercial collaboration, acting as the senior escalation point.
• Oversee global client relationship management, including legal documentation, SLA compliance, KPI monitoring and CRM updates.
• Manage client retention and profitability, develop remediation plans for at‑risk accounts and ensure financial thresholds are met.
• Identify new service opportunities, support portfolio expansion and promote a culture of entrepreneurship, collaboration and mutual respect.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key client relationships in financial services.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of the financial and regulatory environment.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
