Clerical Support – Logistics (M/F/D) – European Institution

About the role

This position provides essential clerical support for logistics operations within a European institution. You will act as a liaison between transportation, procurement, and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant processes.

Key responsibilities

• Transportation Management: Process, track, and register incoming transportation and logistics requests efficiently.
• Procurement Support: Create, verify, and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PR) in internal systems.
• Administrative Coordination: Maintain accurate operational records and ensure smooth communication between logistics, procurement, and internal stakeholders.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Update databases and internal management systems to ensure data accuracy and operational compliance.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Prior experience in administrative support, logistics coordination, or procurement assistance is highly desirable.
• Professional working proficiency in English; good knowledge of French or German is a strong asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for handling Purchase Requisitions.
• Basic understanding of logistics and transportation workflows.
