Change Manager – AI Tool Adoption (GitHub Copilot)

About the role

We are seeking a Change Manager to lead the strategic rollout of GitHub Copilot Enterprise across multiple developer teams within a European financial institution. You will work closely with the AI Division, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and the Developer Productivity community to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report adoption metrics, feature utilization, and consumption patterns against rollout targets.
• Operationalize and enforce the institution’s GitHub Copilot usage policy, communicating constraints and approved configurations.
• Design and deliver onboarding sessions and hands‑on workshops tailored to developers of varying seniority.
• Identify, document, and resolve adoption blockers in collaboration with AI and IT stakeholders.
• Maintain governance tracking artefacts, including model registers, exception logs, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Developer Productivity teams to align deployment with infrastructure and policy requirements.
• Produce structured progress reports, dashboards, and risk flags for the AI Division.
• Continuously improve enablement materials, FAQs, and internal guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading technology adoption programs in large, regulated organisations.
• Proven ability to manage rollouts of developer tooling, SaaS platforms, or AI‑assisted productivity solutions.
• Practical knowledge of AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Familiarity with policy enforcement and governance frameworks in highly regulated environments.
