Change Management Officer

About the role

The Change Management Officer will support Mitsubishi UFJ Investor Services and Banking Luxembourg in managing system changes across its custody and banking platforms. You will act as a bridge between the business, internal SMEs and the external service provider to ensure smooth, risk‑controlled implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document change request candidates on the MIBL system landscape in collaboration with the provider.
• Review and validate change requests with business owners, SMEs and management.
• Organise, plan and facilitate change‑management meetings involving the provider and internal stakeholders.
• Develop implementation plans covering prioritisation, risk analysis, testing and release schedules.
• Coordinate user‑acceptance testing, ensuring preparation, execution, reporting and defect follow‑up.
• Maintain clear communication with multicultural stakeholders.
• Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of procedures, manuals and policies.

Required profile

• Professional experience as a Business Analyst or Test Analyst; project‑management exposure is a plus.
• Strong understanding of custody business processes.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with strong teamwork and leadership capabilities when required.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of SWIFT.
