Technology Strategy Architect - Consulting Manager

About the role

EY Luxembourg's Technology Consulting practice is looking for a Technology Strategy Architect (Consulting Manager) to help clients shape and execute their technology transformation agendas. You will work closely with C-level executives, business leaders and technology teams to define technology strategies, target operating models, enterprise architectures and transformation roadmaps, bridging business objectives with technology capabilities in areas such as digital transformation, cloud, data, AI and cybersecurity.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on technology strategy, digital transformation and enterprise architecture
• Assess current-state technology landscapes and define target-state architectures aligned with business objectives
• Develop technology roadmaps, investment plans and implementation strategies
• Support CIOs and executive leadership in technology decisions and governance
• Evaluate platforms, vendors and emerging solutions; lead architecture reviews and operating model design
• Support cloud transformation, application modernization, data, AI and cybersecurity programs
• Build business cases, cost-benefit analyses and value realization frameworks
• Contribute to business development, proposals and thought leadership, and coach and mentor consultants

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, IT strategy or digital transformation
• Experience advising senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, business leaders) and designing enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps
• Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline
• Fluent English; French and/or German is an asset
• Ideal candidates: experience in financial services, public sector, telecom, retail or industry; knowledge of AI, data strategy, cybersecurity and cloud transformation; experience with TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate or SAFe

• Valued certifications: TOGAF, Azure/AWS/Google cloud architect, ITIL, SAFe, PMP, COBIT
