Business Solutions Officer

About the role

As a Business Solutions Officer you will join Advanzia’s Business Solutions team to bridge business and IT, shaping smart banking solutions that drive growth. You will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate needs into end‑to‑end requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and evaluate complex business requirements for projects and change initiatives.
• Translate business needs into structured, end‑to‑end requirements and solution proposals aligned with architecture.
• Represent business priorities during implementation and partner with delivery teams to shape effective solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, internal stakeholders at all levels and external partners.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assessments for new strategic projects.
• Identify and recommend best practices for automation and standardisation of processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering or computer science.
• At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering or product management.
• Knowledge of banking/payment platforms and API‑driven processes.
• Experience with agile or lean methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban (asset).
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, adaptability and ownership.
