Business Sales Manager - Managed Services - Technology

About the role

We are looking for a high‑impact Business Sales Manager to lead enterprise‑level sales of our Managed Services portfolio in Luxembourg. The role focuses on strategic hunting and farming across key sectors such as government, banking, telecom, aviation, energy and large enterprises, engaging directly with Executive and C‑suite decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy for Managed Services across target sectors in Luxembourg.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and partner alliances.
• Lead deal qualification from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and growth planning.
• Engage C‑suite stakeholders with compelling business value propositions and expand existing accounts via cross‑sell and up‑sell.
• Translate customer requirements into solution architectures covering Oracle Fusion, ITIL/ITSM service desk, Cloud/Hybrid infrastructure, DevOps, SecOps, AI/ML, enterprise applications and ManageEngine suite.
• Prepare proposals, Statements of Work and RFP responses, and negotiate complex commercial models.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Operations, HR and PMO to ensure smooth service mobilization and provide market intelligence for go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably within GCC or international markets.
• Proven track record selling Managed Services across multiple domains.
• Experience engaging senior leadership, CIOs, CTOs and procurement teams.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, service contracts, SLAs/XLAs and managed‑service financial models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering; MBA or relevant certifications (ITIL, Cloud, Security) are a plus.
