Business Operations Manager – EOR

About the role

Remote is looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead and improve End‑of‑Row (EOR) operations. You will work fully remotely, partnering with senior leaders to create scalable processes, drive cross‑functional clarity, and deliver measurable outcomes across the EOR organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects from ideation through execution, including requirements gathering, scope definition, milestone planning, stakeholder communication, adoption, and impact measurement.
• Identify systemic operational gaps across EOR functions and design solutions that increase speed, clarity, and scalability.
• Facilitate alignment among teams with differing priorities, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics and reporting dashboards using tools such as Sigma, Zendesk, and Google Sheets.
• Incorporate AI tools thoughtfully to enhance workflow efficiency and solution quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business operations, program or project management, or operational excellence, preferably within EOR or a related environment.
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous, multi‑stakeholder problems into clear, delivered outcomes.
• Excellent async communication skills and a self‑directed, high‑ownership work style.
• Comfort with data‑driven decision making and translating metrics into actionable insights.
