About the role

The Business Manager (AX055) will support NSPA in delivering high‑performance, inclusive teams while ensuring robust risk and compliance management. This three‑year fixed‑term position is based in Luxembourg and offers a tax‑free monthly salary.

Key responsibilities

• Develop resourceful and effective solutions to operational and personnel challenges.
• Monitor team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the creation of diverse, inclusive, and high‑performing teams using inclusive leadership principles.
• Oversee risk, compliance, and data‑analysis activities in line with agency standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of post‑related experience, or at least 6 years of progressive expertise in similar functions.
• Proven ability to devise solutions, focus on performance goals, and track metrics.
• Demonstrated experience in building inclusive, high‑performing teams.
• Relevant qualification, course, or professional membership in risk, compliance, or data analysis.
