Business Development Associate – AIBD

About the role

Join EY Luxembourg’s Accounts and Industries Business Development (AIBD) team as a Business Development Associate. You will support the go‑to‑market strategy across EY’s service lines, working closely with industry leaders and account teams to deliver client‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve data quality in the CRM system, including sales and pipeline information.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor business development performance.
• Support the development and execution of go‑to‑market strategies for assurance, tax, consulting, and strategy & transactions.
• Organise and document internal meetings for sector or account teams, including cross‑country and virtual events.
• Assist in creating and updating key account plans, pipeline actions, and client relationship management documents.
• Promote effective use of EY’s pipeline and contact management tools.
• Contribute to external communication and thought‑leadership initiatives.
