Business Continuity Manager (COO Office)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Business Continuity Manager to join our COO Office. In this role you will partner with senior leaders to drive operational efficiency, oversee procurement, and strengthen business resilience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic priorities within the COO scope.
• Manage and optimise procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Contribute to business continuity planning and operational resilience initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators, budgets and overall performance.
• Lead or support cross‑functional projects and transformation programmes.
• Ensure strong governance and coordination across teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in business management, COO office, or operations.
• Proven experience in procurement or strategic vendor management.
• Extensive exposure to senior (C‑level) stakeholders.
• Background in financial services or a complex corporate environment.
• Knowledge of business continuity, operational resilience, governance and transformation.
