Business Analyst

About the role

Quento Technologies, the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support the rollout of its Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth testing, documentation, and user adoption across our European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, document and execute test cases for system and end‑to‑end testing of the PPM solution.
• Record test results, identify issues and assist in validation and resolution.
• Design, structure and maintain a project knowledge repository on MS SharePoint.
• Create and update user guides, videos, screenshots and role‑based documentation covering system usage, PM² and Agile methodologies.
• Develop training materials and support delivery during go‑live.
• Provide user support, facilitate adoption activities and prepare stakeholder communication materials.
• Assist change‑management initiatives and ongoing project‑management support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering.
• Proven ability to define requirements, improve processes and document business goals.
• Experience analysing explicit and implicit stakeholder needs and delivering functional specifications.
